One More Game, One Big Dream

Did you know? The Atlanta Dream gave their fans another reason to believe, beating the Golden State Valkyries 80–69 on Thursday to force a deciding Game 7 in the WNBA Finals.

When your season is on the line, everyone has to do their part. Allisha Gray finished with 23 points, Rhyne Howard added 21, and Angel Reese delivered 15 points and 14 rebounds. Together, they helped Atlanta earn one more shot at the championship.

Now it all comes down to Saturday in San Francisco. Both teams are chasing their first WNBA title, so there’s plenty riding on this final matchup.

For the players, it’s a chance to see months of work pay off. For the fans, it’s one more evening of cheering, nervous pacing, and probably a little yelling at the television.

Atlanta has kept its dream alive. Golden State gets another chance to finish the job at home. That sounds like a game worth watching.
